Missing Items

We take great care to ensure every Cove Collective order arrives complete and in perfect condition. Please check your delivery upon arrival to confirm that all components are included. If anything appears to be missing, kindly contact our team at hello@thecovecollective.com.au within 5 business days of delivery.


Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please email hello@thecovecollective.com.au with:

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • Your order number

Please keep your original packaging and repackage the item as received. Our team will guide you through the next steps. Once the item is returned and inspected, we’ll arrange either a replacement or a refund if the issue is confirmed.

Definition of Faults:
Faults refer to genuine manufacturing defects. Gentle fabric creasing, slight fraying, or shape compression due to vacuum-sealed packaging are natural characteristics and not considered faults.

Condition for Returns:
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition. Claims must be made within 5 business days of delivery.


Change of Mind

As many of our pieces are made to order, please choose carefully.

  • Standard items (e.g. Poolside Cushions, Floating Loungers): If unused, undamaged, and in original vacuum sealed packaging, they may be returned for a refund (excluding shipping costs).

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and returns must be initiated within 5 business days of delivery by emailing hello@thecovecollective.com.au
